Seated comfortably at your table, you can savour the authentic flavours of Romagna cuisine, prepared with passion by our chef Daniele Cappelli, who for over 30 years has been bringing the best of tradition to the table with a touch of creativity. Each course is designed to enhance fresh, local ingredients, accompanied by a wide selection of local wines, specially chosen to help you discover the excellence of our hinterland.
A Complete Taste Experience
To start, a rich buffet of fresh vegetables and a small welcome entrée served at the table awaits you, ideal to prepare your palate for a journey through flavours. Every day, for lunch and dinner, you can choose from three options of first and second courses, with meat, fish and vegetables depending on the seasonality of the ingredients. Our in-house patisserie offers homemade cakes and ice cream, and to finish, sorbet and fresh fruit are never lacking.
